Every feature in our software was originally a request from a client because
we believe that too many software packages are written by programmers who do
not understand the business.
More than Sixteen years ago, our first client provided excellent guidance, but our second
client along with our 25 years experience taught us that every business has
a different perspective about how our software should perform.
As a result, the ability to incorporate the wishes of each individual client
into our production software was our number one design criteria.
Each time we think that we have all of the features anyone could want; a client
requests a new capability and funds the request. As new features are added,
we include a "preference" that allows our other clients the opportunity
to use the feature or not. Often after adding a new feature, a different client
will request a modification to it to enhance the original design.
Stringent procedures are followed to insure that while the software evolves through
the "Development”, "Testing”, "Documentation” and "Production” stages, stability
of the software is a primary objective.
