Mobile TrakQuip
Mobile TrakQuip is a supplemental, mobile application for the TrakQuip rental management software system. It provides the ability to remotely check-in or check-out items. Field employees can record "tool checks" for specific employees, jobs, or contracts. Once exported, the "tool checks" appear in the "Quick Check-In/Check-Out" form found in TrakQuip, which can be used to generate rental contracts and return items on existing contracts.

The TrakQuip Mobile device application was written using Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5 and targets Windows Mobile 6 or later. The entire Mobile System is based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and utilizes Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) to transfer the data.

Mobile TrakQuip can be used by any industry, large or small, to make required tracking tasks more efficient.

Mobile Inventory Management
TrakQuip and RTMS Mobile Inventory application is efficient and cost-effective while providing common, useful inventory functions to shop or warehouse employees. It allows employees to look up items, inventory locations, and even move inventory items, all from a handheld mobile device.

The Inventory look-up feature provides a view of items in a given inventory (bin) location and a view of which inventory (bin) locations contain a given item. The order-filling feature provides a view of items on rental tickets with their associated quantities. As items are pulled, the view will keep track of which items were pulled and how many remain.

Two more views are provided for inventory adjustment operations that mimic the behavior found in the "Inventory Adjustment" features of TrakQuip and RTMS. One view allows the adjustment of the on-hand quantity in a particular location, while the other allows the movement of a quantity from one location to another.

Clients use TrakQuip and RTMS Mobile Inventory because it saves time, eliminates human error and provides a level of flexibility and usability.

Mobile Fleet Management
TrakQuip and RTMS Mobile Fleet application provides Fleet Maintenance tracking functions to shop or warehouse employees. It allows employees to post time at the service level request.

As requests are assigned to specific technicians, they are allowed to import them to the mobile device. From there, they can record the time spent on each service request and eventually export their collective "time tasks".

The TrakQuip and RTMS Mobile Fleet system also includes an application named "Mobile Fleet Task Manager". This allows shop managers to approve, modify, or deny "time tasks" exported by all employees using the Mobile Fleet application. Once approved, these time tasks are integrated into the Fleet Maintenance application as time entries.
