Installation Instructions:

NOTES:

  • The following installation instructions use Winzip file compression software to extract help files.
  • The contents of shown dialogs may vary.

Once the RTMS help files are downloaded, execute the file using Winzip (or some other file compression software). The following is what should be seen on execution.

WinZip

Click the extract button on the top tool bar of the application. The "Extract" dialog will appear.

Extract

Locate the path where the RTMS updates directory resides. Help files should be installed in a peer directory to the updates directory (Ex: "\\server\rtms_share\help"). Click the extract button.
